Local authorities and non-governmental public bodies use our services to conduct public consultation especially with groups who can be hard to engage such as people with mental health issues, asylum-seekers, the frail elderly, family carers, etc. We also gather primary evidence to inform social policy and commissioning strategies and have develop innovative new services to help local authorities do their work more effectively. As well as many small project evaluations we have conducted several large scale national programme evaluations.
